1. Conduct yourself in a safe and considerate manner and show respect for other residents.
2. Quiet time is Sun-Thur 9pm to 8am and Fri-Sat 11pm to 8am.
3. Build open fires in fire ring only.
4. No burning of garbage or trash.
5. Park speed limit is 5 mph.
6. No cutting of trees or defacing of trees.
7. No digging of holes or trenches.
8. Put all garbage in garbage cans.
9. No loud noise, boisterous or profane language.
10. No discharging of firearms or fireworks.

Please Remember:  Be considerate of others and treat other as you would want to be treated.  Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.  Residents are responsible for their visitors.

Pet Policy:  We all enjoy our pets, but please keep them under control.  Outside of your home, pets must be on a leash and picked up after.  Do not leave your pet unattended.  Pet Form, Lovett's Manufactured Home Park .
